Get in touch!

Get in touch with us and we can discuss your needs for the part and determine the best process and materials to use.

CAD Evaluation

We will then request some CAD data to evaluate and base our quotation on. At this point some Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) changes may be recommended.

3D Print

Once you review your quotation and place an order we will begin 3D printing your part. We can also offer some post processing steps.

Shipping

Parts will be shipped directly to you or if required can be put through their paces in our neighbouring Materials Laboratory.

Anisoprint Composer A3

Continuous Carbon Fibre Printing

Anisoprint Composer A3 system capable of printing continuous strand carbon fibre filled components. Enabling polymer printed parts to retain rigidity and strength comparable to some metals.

High Temperature FFF

Dual extrusion Intamsys Funmat Pro 410 system with heated chamber and build platform to allow the printing of high performance engineering polymers such as PEEK and ULTEM. Ideal for jigs and fixtures required in harsh environments.

Metal 3D Printing

Renishaw AM400, EOS M280 and EOS100, with a range of materials available for all applications. Includes R&D capacity for alterative powder development projects.

SLA Printing

Small and large scale SLA printing, with a wide range of materials suitable for applications from anatomical models to short production mould tool and everything in between.

FDM Printing

2 Ultimaker S5 dual extrusion systems with the capabilities for not only prototype parts but small volume production parts.

Alicona

An Optical 3D measurement system for easy, fast and traceable measurement of form and finish on micro structured surfaces. A great tool to allow for inspection of 3D printed components.

Wire EDM

Wire EDM is a complimentary tool for the Metal AM processes allowing for accurate profile cuts to remove components from the build substrate. An essential post processing tool for the Powder Bed Fusion processes.

CNC Machining

In house capabilities for 3-axis CNC Milling, surface finishing and polishing to ensure that all 3D printed parts are suited to their end applications.
